We believe that the Rolf Method of Structural Integration can improve your overall well-being and enhance your quality of life. Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a system of bodywork that aims to achieve alignment of the body (posture changes) and freedom in movement (more mobile tissues) through the connective tissue (fascia). Each session in a 10 series has a specific goal. Session one is about breathe achieving freedom in the ribcage and shoulders. 2nd session is balance and support in the feet making sure all 3 arches function in all planes of movement. 3rd is front to back balance......and so on and so forth. We also do advanced work for specific and acute problems that require focuse on just the area.
